This is 'Maulvi Alauddin Hyder Sahab'. who was the imam of the historic 'Mecca Masjid' of the Principality of Hyderabad. During the war of 1857, he is credited with overseeing the attack on the British Residency. Maulvi Alauddin Hyder Sahib was the first prisoner to be sentenced and sent to the Cellular Jail (Black Water).
