 #_Chand Bibi

 14 June 1550

A great warrior woman, Chand Bibi is not known exactly where she was born, but it is believed that she opened her eyes in the 15th century.  His father was Hussain Nizam Shah of Ahmednagar and mother Khunja Humayun was a housewife.  She didn't know when she turned 14 years old with the caress of her parents.  Since early marriage of girls was common at that time, her father decided to marry her and married her to 'Ali Adil Shah I' of Bijapur Sultanate.

Chand Bibi was very intelligent from her childhood, so she did not have to face many problems in her in-laws house after marriage.  She soon mingled with everyone.  Their married life was on track.  She was also getting full love and support from her husband 'Ali Adil Shah I'.  Everyone used to praise Unati, meanwhile suddenly someone noticed her happiness and her husband died.

It had a deep impact on Chand Bibi too. It was only a few days after the death of her husband that there was a competition to sit on the throne in his place. In fact, Chand Bibi did not get any son from her husband, so others were staking their claim to sit on the power.

However, 'Ibrahim Adil Shah', the nephew of 'Ali Adil Shah I', was finally given the crown of Bijapur. He was young, but no one doubted his skill. Even to Chand bibi. Perhaps for this reason, he installed Ibrahim on the throne and started the administration of Bijapur Sultanate. However, some special people of the state had opened a front against him, thinking that he was Abla, which he defeated with his skill.

Meanwhile, after the assassination of the Nizam of his father's state of Ahmednagar, the power dispute there deepened. Chand Bibi was very fond of there, so she immediately left to help there.

On reaching, he came to know that Shahzada Murad of Delhi was moving towards Ahmednagar with his military force.  In such a situation, Chand Bibi led Ahmednagar showing wisdom and courage.  He prepared a special strategy to fight him and by using it, he gnashed the teeth of the Mughals.  In this way, she was successful in saving the fort of Ahmednagar, but with the Mughals, she became directly enmity.

This was the reason that the series did not stop and later 'Shah Murad' sent one of his messengers to Chand bibi.  He wrote to them to withdraw, but at last when he felt that Chand Bibi would not agree, he decided to go ahead.  Quli appealed to Qutb Shah, that the two should meet together.

So, the Mughal army can be given a befitting reply!

Under the plan, Ibrahim along with his partner Sohail Khan formed a team of 25,000 people.  At the same time, he allied with the rest of Ikhlas Khan's army in Naldurg.  At the same time, 6,000 people were prepared for this war in Golconda's army.  Thus Chand bibi had a good army, which was able to defeat the Mughals.

Everything was going according to him, then his trusted Muhammad Khan went to the Mughals.  The result was that Chand bibi's army was weakened.  However, Sohail Khan on his side continued to fight the Mughal army with full strength.  Another thing is that he could not win this war in favor of Chand Bibi and finally lost.

Although Chand Bibi was defeated in the battle field, but still she tried her best to save her fort through diplomatic means.  For this, he adopted the path of negotiation with the Mughals.  However, there was no solution to this conversation between Chand Bibi and the Mughals.  Finally, the Mughals captured Ahmednagar and established themselves there.

Unfortunately, the people for whom Chand Bibi was fighting against the Mughals became her enemies.  Especially some soldiers of his army, who were taken by the opponents.  These soldiers also became the cause of his death.  In fact, inspired by his opponents, he brutally murdered Chandi Bibi.

However, even though Chand Bibi was cheated by her own people and fell in love with death.  But, her name goes down in history as a great woman warrior, who will always be a source of inspiration.
