Muhammad_Shah

#Muhammad_Shah was born in 1702 in the reign of his great grandfather Aurangzeb Alamgir.

His birth name was Roshan Akhtar, although on September 29, 1719, Shahi Imam Sayyid Bradran gave him the title of Abu Al-Fatah Naseeruddin Roshan Akhtar Mohammad Shah after placing him on the throne of the Sultanate-e-Taimuria at the age of just 17 years.

His nickname was 'Sada Rangila'.  Who would have remembered such a long name, so people combined both and named Mohammad Shah Rangeela and he is known by this name in India till today.

At the time of #Mohammad_Shah's birth, Aurangzeb Alamgir had implemented a special type of radical Islam in India and his first target was the artists who were believed to not follow Islamic principles.

An interesting example of this is written by the Italian traveler Niccolo Manucci. He says that when music was banned during Aurangzeb's era, the livelihood of singers and musicians stopped.

#Finally, a thousand artists took out a procession from the Jama Masjid in Delhi on Friday and took the falcons in the form of funeral processions.  going?"

He said you have killed music, you are going to bury him. Aurangzeb replied, Dig the grave a little deeper.

#यही नियम also applies to history and human society that the thing that is suppressed the more strongly it emerges, so the same thing happened after Aurangzeb and during the era of Mohammad Shah, all those arts reached their full potential.  It came forth with a force that pressed before it
